Any item purchased from Redford Films is guaranteed to be new and free of any defects (unless stated otherwise). If you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return it for any reason. Buyer is to pay for all shipping costs for any returned item. Shipping is non-refundable for all returns. All defective items may be exchanged for the exact same item or for a full refund. Defective items do not include "not mint" or damaged packaging. All non defective item returns that qualified for free shipping will be charged restocking fee $10 or 15%, whichever is greater. Returns are not accepted on opened DVDs for any reasons. Items that are personalized in any way are not returnable. Please contact customer service before returning any item. No returns are accepted after 30 days purchase. All returns will be credited to the payment method used to place the order.

If you would like to exchange an item please return the item and place a new order for the item you wish to purchase. You will be refunded for the returned item(minus any restocking fees) with 1-2 weeks. You do not have to wait for us to receive the returned item before placing your new order.
