A one-time Supreme Commander of the Covenant fleet, the Arbiter and his fellow Elites have since switched allegiances, joining with humanity and the Master Chief in their fight to put an end to the Covenant's plans for galactic annihilation. Bringing the Halo universe to life, this intricately posed and lifelike collectible carries an energy sword and stands on a highly detailed base. He is articulated at the shoulders and right hip, and is rendered in 6" scale, measuring 6.5" at the top of the shoulder.
